We're hosting a new book and film club at the Library! Open to anyone looking to discuss books, films, and books-made-into-films, we're combining these ideas into one new club for 2022!

Each month we will pick a new book that has been adapted for the screen. Read the book before the monthly meeting, then we will watch the film and discuss our thoughts afterwards. We will talk about the differences between the two, elements that took us by surprise, things we enjoyed, and take a poll on which version we liked best.  

For our meeting in March we are reading Hidden Figures by Margot Lee Shetterly, then watching the 2016 film adaptation at our meeting on Monday March 14th.
