Join local swordsman, Dan Burns Swords, LLC, as participants use safe-for-contact foam weapons to learn lightsaber combat. Participants will explore historical eastern and western swordsmanship techniques and the potential physics of the unique fictional weapon, alongside dueling with the fully costumed instructor and one another.

Space is limited, so register early! Open to grades 5-8 (ages 10-14). Participants can come in Star Wars inspired attire if they'd like, just make sure clothing is easy and safe to move around in.

Weather permitting, this program will be held outside, it will be moved inside if needed.

Please note that there will be a waiver for parents/guardians to sign, this will be emailed over closer to the event. Waiver is required for participation in this event.
