The Library is hosting a special holiday concert with live Celtic music on harp, flute and guitar! Join us on a Sunday afternoon for an engaging performance by Chris & Katie LaFond in the Library Main Hall. There will also be a hot cocoa station with various toppings and flavors for you to sip on during our festive musical event. 

With harp, flute, guitar, and voice, Chris & Katie delight and rouse the spirit with a mix of traditional and modern Celtic and American music that reconnect us both to Celtic heritage and to the Earth. Katie is a graduate of the Hartt School of Music and also holds a Master’s Degree in Flute Performance from the University of Amherst. She is a music teacher by day and a super fiber magic-worker by night. Chris has played stringed instruments his whole life, with Celtic harp as his focus for the last twenty-five years.
