The (Not So) Young Adult Book Club is for those adults who love reading YA books (you know who you are) but teens are totally welcome to join us too!
At this meeting, we'll be discussing The Inheritance Games by Jennifer Lynn Barnes, copies will be available in December to check out at the library. If you're interested in YA books and participating in this book club, please come to this first meeting even if you haven't read the book!
The reading selection for February will also be announced during the January book club meeting. We are open to interested readers of all genres of YA and hope to see you there!
Registration is suggested so we can plan, but not required. You are more than welcome to come to book club even if you did not sign up in advance!
Published in 2020, The Inheritance Games is part The Westing Game, part We Were Liars, and the first book in a trilogy. Avery must solve a multilayered puzzle to find out why she’s the recipient of a billionaire’s inheritance (but Avery has no idea why she's the recipient -- or even who the billionaire is).
