S T E M with Rebecca "Cabbage Chemistry"

Join us for this colorful workshop that will make learning chemistry fun! Participants will learn about the pH scale and what it means to be acidic or basic. Everyone will then have the opportunity to make their own pH indicator using a common vegetable: cabbage! The indicator will be used to test various household liquids so students can see which items are acidic, basic, or neutral.

This workshop will introduce concepts in chemistry while also allowing students to be creative!
