Empower yourself with the knowledge and confidence to save a life! This comprehensive, hands-on certification course provides essential training in First Aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use.

Whether you need certification for work, school, or simply want to be prepared to help a loved one, this class is for you.

What You Will Learn (Covers Adult, Child, and Infant techniques):

  • CPR: Learn the proper techniques for high-quality chest compressions and rescue breathing to sustain life until professional help arrives.
  • AED Use: Understand how to recognize sudden cardiac arrest and correctly operate an Automated External Defibrillator.
  • First Aid for Common Emergencies:
  • Choking (conscious and unconscious victim)
  • Bleeding control and bandaging
  • Recognizing and caring for sudden illnesses (stroke, heart attack, seizure, fainting)
  • Managing burns, broken bones, sprains, and environmental emergencies (heat/cold)
  • Safety & EMS: Scene assessment, legal considerations, and when and how to activate the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system.

Course Features:

  • Taught by a certified and experienced instructor.
  • Interactive, engaging, and hands-on practice with manikins.

For ages 13 - 17, registration required
